CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
A credit card on file and deposit are requested for each appointment at booking time. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure.
A deposit is required in order to book and confirm every new appointment. This deposit ensures that your desired appointment time is secured. The deposit amount is deducted from the total cost of your session. All Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
We respectfully ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged 50% charge of the appointment price of your missed treatments.
Notification given less than 24 hour prior to appointment time will result in a 50% service, within the hour of your missed appointment.
We do allow a 15 minute grace period before your service is cancelled, cancellation results in cancellation fee. Please note that all appointments will still end at their scheduled time if the client was late.
SERVICE REFUND POLICY:
We take great pride in guest satisfaction here at Voilà Beauty Spa. Due to time and product usage, we do implement a NO-REFUND policy on services. Should any issues arise, we will do our best to accommodate said issue; and come up with a resolution that is best suited for clients needs.
PRODUCT REFUND POLICY:
Unopened, unused products may be returned within 10 days of purchase, once the returning product(s) have been approved, a store credit will be issued. All refund amounts exclude any shipping cost applied to purchase
SERVICES & PRICING:
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or change services and prices without notice to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are being met. We reserve the right to terminate a client for any form of disorderly conduct of unethical behavior.
PRIVACY & SAFETY
COVID SAFETY MEASURES:
Once you arrive for your appointment, please remain in your car until your scheduled treatment time.
Masks are mandatory inside of the spa and during your treatments (excluding facial services).
If you are a guest between the ages of 13-15, you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in the treatment room. Guest Ages 16-17 need a parent or guardian on premise during the duration of the treatment.
Once in the treatment room and your hands have been sanitized, we ask that you limit the contact with your personal belongings.
Your temperature will be taken with a contactless thermometer. Clients with a temperature over 99.9 will need to reschedule services.

Hand sanitizer will be provided
Accompanying guests are not allowed in the treatment room for services (children/friends/spouses)

This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses. We do not include or offer third party products or services on our website.
